Digital Student ID
Government service that automates student identification, replacing traditional paper student ID cards
Our customer is a company that deals with logistics of bitumen products for Gazprom. Its management needed to update the IT infrastructure, namely to create a modern digital tool to automate the management of the process of distribution and transportation of oil products. Hence we were asked to develop a modern personal account with which managers could control the loading and dispatch of goods.
The application API was implemented by the customer’s development team, but we had to create its client part. The main requirement included the web application to be stable and fault-tolerant. Having approved the timetable for its implementation, we have begun developing. We in joint with the customer have chosen the Angular Industrial Framework As a technological stack as it provides a wide range of frontend scalability.
The layout of the websites is usually developed without any guarantee of Internet Explorer support, but large and state-owned corporations still install this browser on their PC. So one of the features of the implementation, quite a nonstandard task, is to adapt the web application under IE 11.
To implement the server and client parts, we used test, development and production environments, deploying through docker containers to ensure continuity of development and integration.
As a result, we developed a comprehensive personal account through which managers control the transportation of bitumen products for Gazprom, and thus automated the management of internal processes of the company.
