TorGid
A platform where users could conduct auctions and sales
JBandFlowers is an online store with delivery of flowers and bouquets in Moscow.
The customer came to us with the following task: to help him with the development of an online flower store. Backend and API of the site have already been implemented by his team of programmers, so we had to develop the client part.
One of the main tasks of the frontend development was the implementation of a personal account in which users can track the status of their orders and purchase history, as well as to get personalized discounts from the company.
Before we started the development, we had to decide on a stack of technologies on which to make the frontend part. Initially, we proposed to use React as a framework to implement the user interface, but subsequently opted for Angular. Although this framework is heavier, it better suited the requirements of the customer, who was looking for a more professional and scalable solution.
In the modern world, most users more frequently go to the Internet from the phone, which means that any site needs an adaptive layout. In order to make the layout of the site capable of responding to the size and orientation of the screen from which it is viewed and of adjusting automatically to it, we applied Bootstrap. The use of this technology allows you to correctly display the content of the site on both desktop and mobile devices.
Customer needed to be able to effectively promote his site through social networks, that is why after completion debugging and commissioning of the service we have implemented the Open Graph Protocol site.
Our team has successfully completed the development of the frontend, preparing the ground for the online store, and now JBandFlowers is actively flourishing on the Internet.
